  • 14 days or under no refund

6. Cancelation and Alterations to Course Content, Dates, Venue and Trainers

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and we may need to change the course date, make a significant change to the course location or even cancel a course. When this happens we will do our best to accommodate delegates on to a suitable alternative course/date. If our alternatives are unsuitable you will be entitled to a full refund. However in no circumstances are we responsible for costs, compensation or damages arising from such a cancellation or change.

In all instances, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
