Background

As an organisation committed to developing professional managers and leaders, CMI had made a deliberate and significant investment in building its internal IT and engineering teams. Despite this investment, the Head of IT observed a critical constraint: the team's capacity to deliver was overwhelmed by business demand, which threatened the achievement of strategic objectives.
